What is VPLAN?
VPLAN is a software for modeling, simulation, parameter estimation and optimum experimental design for processes described by differential equation systems written by Stefan Körkel and his group.
The methods implemented in VPLAN are described, e.g., in Stefan Körkel's PhD thesis. An introduction to the software is given in this preprint.
